Irena Gajic —
The Design Museum

Super excited to see the ‘Future Observatory: Tools for Transition‘ exhibition is now open at the Design Museum. It’s a wonderful free display that presents four research projects from across the UK that are driving change in housing, healthcare, local planning and resource management.

Irena Gajic was commissioned by the museum to create an exhibited piece entitled ‘Landscapes of Care’, which imagines an NHS Scotland estate in the late 2030s – one fully integrated into its local neighbourhood. Illustrating a hospital of the future that is not only a place of treatment, but also a shared green space that supports well-being and biodiversity.

Check it out at The Design Museum (224-238 Kensington High Street, London W8 6AB) until 29 August 2026.
